Refund policy

Return & Refund Policy (Change of Mind):

If you've changed your mind about purchasing a product from us, you're welcome to return it for a refund or a store credit of the purchase price (excluding the initial shipping costs of this order) within 30 days of the date you received it, including promoted products, no explanation needed.

What you need to do is simply contact our friendly customer service team via email for your request (support@plateplus.com.au), in this email, please provide your order information and contact details.

Conditions: Items to be returned need to remain original condition (unused, undamaged and in the original packing); If the order was promoted with free shipping, the initial shipping cost actually incurred will be deducted from the amount of the refund; Shipping cost for returning the product is not covered. 

Refund: Within 72 business hours of receiving the returned items, your request will be processed and the refund will be issued via the original payment method after verifying your order information and the condition of the returned items. If the product gets damaged during the returning process, the refund could only be done partially, subject to the value of the damaged items.

Cancellations

You may cancel all or part of an order before it reaches the dispatch processing stage in which case you can choose whether to receive a store credit or refund in the amount you paid for the products (including shipping, assuming there are no other products remaining on the order to be shipped). After an order reaches the dispatch processing stage, cancellations or changes are only possible if we agree to them. As we aim to process your order as soon as possible, which could be within hours of you placing your order, requests for cancellations should be lodged as soon as possible after ordering. Once products have been shipped, you cannot cancel them. Products described as 'made to order' cannot be cancelled under any circumstances. Please be advised, for Next day, Fast Track and Click & Collect dispatch items, no cancellations or changes are permitted under any circumstances.
