Time Frame for Delivery

Order processing:  All orders are processed for dispatch within 1-2 business days from time of order (The process includes order verification, final quality check and packaging). 

Shipping: The shipping process takes 2 to 8 business days nationwide, and provides end to end tracking details.

In most cases, the order-to-delivery time you can expect is 3-5 business days nationwide.

Damage in Transit

We package all orders very carefully, but very occasionally unwanted damages might occur in transit. but please rest assured, we will take the responsibility and make sure you get all your ordered items soundly.

Upon receipt, If one or more pieces inside the box is broken, please take photos of the damaged items and contact us as soon as possible, we will resend these items to you immediately at our cost after verifying your order.

if the packaging itself is clearly and significantly damaged, this shows the package has been carelessly handled during the shipping process, you can also send us photos of the damaged packaging, this can be helpful to us if we need to make a claim against the carrier.

Missing or Faulty Items

Upon delivery, If you notice any of the ordered items is missing or defective, please take photos of the defective item(s) and contact us as soon as possible, The best solution to any product fault depends on the nature of the fault itself, we will work collaboratively with you to find a solution that meets your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Unfortunately these rare situations could lead to a delay of the completion of your order, and we will do everything we can to prevent them from happening. Please be assured that we will take all due responsibility, stay by your side until the problem is solved, because a happy customer is much more important to us than anything else.
